Juncos City Computer Science Training
2013-2014
Supervise an extensive educational training program in Computer Science aimed at enhancing digital proficiency. This accredited program offers comprehensive courses in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. Each course is conducted twice daily, five days a week, with a maximum of 15 students per class to ensure personalized attention and effective learning. This structure facilitates a thorough and tailored educational experience for all participants.
Juncos City Archives Digitalization
2014-2016
The Puerto Rico National Archives (ICP) and the National Archives and Record Administration in Washington, DC (NARA) are collaborating on a digitalization project for Juncos City, spanning from 1783 to 2017. The project involves collecting and identifying historical materials, making corrections on the web page, and overseeing the digitalization process. This project has achieved the milestone of being the first digital archive in the Caribbean. All documents in this repository come from various sources such as Public Works, Department of Treasury (including Aerial Photography, Cadastral Maps, Property Valuation Records from 1905-1951), Municipality of Juncos, Judicial records, Spanish Governors, and the Provincial Deputation.
Juncos City Taxation

Oversee a property tax program to update the appraisal of the houses, lot, and coding compliances, with cadastral maps and ArcGIS System to create a new database in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Tax Collector (CRIM). According to the most recent census and estimates, Juncos City has a population of approximately 45,000 residents. Regarding the number of houses, specific figures can vary, but it is generally estimated that there are around 12,000 to 15,000 homes in the municipality.
Doral Isles Security
2017-2019
Doral Isles is Miami's largest gated community, spanning 80 acres and home to 1,800 houses and over 6,000 residents. My responsibilities include managing all administrative tasks, such as employee training, scheduling, and payroll. I oversee the maintenance and inspection of equipment, including cell phones, vehicles, keys, computers, access systems, and gates. Additionally, I supervise audits to ensure compliance with established procedures. In emergencies, I assist police and medical EMS first responders as needed. I also conduct monthly meetings with the Board to ensure project alignment with stakeholder expectations and scope.
Datran Center Security
2019-2020
The Datran Center complex comprises two of the largest Class A office buildings in Miami-Dade County's areas outside the Downtown/Brickell region. The 21-story tower presents an esteemed address in a city known for housing numerous international banks, multinational company headquarters, and Latin American offices for over 1,400 corporations. The complex upholds comprehensive maintenance and safety protocols, including regular building inspections, emergency escape plans, fire drills, elevator inspections, and construction site assessments.
Miami- Dade Health Department
2019-2020
Regularly inspect Miami-Dade County's WIC offices, maintain emergency protocols and compliance with regulations, review safety procedures, provide ongoing staff training, and implement access controls and monitoring systems for a secure environment.
Baptist Health System
2020-2022
Baptist Health oversees 11 hospitals and over 100 physician practices and outpatient facilities, encompassing key institutions such as Baptist Hospital of Miami, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East, Doctors Hospital, and others situated in Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties. My professional responsibilities involve providing support to the Facilities Manager and Engineering department. This encompasses the execution of regular inspections, coordination of alarms and fire drills, and the diligent submission of comprehensive reports to the engineering department.
